Some say she got the outfit form horrific events. Like moths eat her old outfits or a fire distorted them or her closet got infested by rats and the rats crew and gnaw and contaminated her old outfits and had to be distorted.
Some say Kaolih just wonted a makeover. Some say she wonted to dress a little more formal.
Some say it was a gift from someone. Some say she wears it because it give her powers. But there really with in her.
But despite the roomers. She likes wearing it.
